KSP&R [Formerly: Babaria Institute of Pharmacy (BIP)] offers undergraduate course in pharmacy (B. Pharm:100 seats) , Master in Pharmacy in four disciplines i.e. Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Pharmacology (15 seats in each discipline) and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences .
A syllabus is a basic contract between the instructor and students, laying out the responsibilities and expectations on both sides. It’s also a road map that shows the general contours of the course, important milestones, and the landmarks that will let students know they’re on the right road. And, last but not least, it’s a marketing opportunity to show the students just how great the course will be.
A good syllabus gives the student a general idea of how the course will go and how much work it will take.
We, at KPGU put efforts to meticulously design the Course scheme and course content, which help students to understand the fundamental of various subjects of Pharmacy Discipline.
Our focus is on grooming the students with quality objective-based education and student-centric learning for accomplishing the vision to create a competent pharmacy professional. Conductance of laboratory practical help students to learn how theory put into practices.
To continually assess and assure the quality of education imparted to the students and to motivate them regularly, we regularly organize assessments, quiz, seminars, conferences, and workshops on the national and international level,” shares Senior Faculties .The institute has consistently proved its preeminence in organizing brain booster sessions among all other colleges of Gujarat & affiliated to various Universities.
Arranging guest lectures by eminent personalities from the industry, Government organization & world renewed institute, both faculty as well as students of this institute get an exposure to the current happenings in the industry. Offering value-added and interdisciplinary courses in their area of interest, the University/Institute also provides an opportunity for students to develop leadership skills that help them in their future. Industry training is an integral part of programs. Students get excellent exposure to various processes in the industry by attending the same. All students have access to highly sophisticated instruments that are frequently used in industrial setups.Regular arrangement of industrial visits also help students to understand concept of theory and practical aspect of the course. This exposure helps students in their career

M.Pharm in Pharmacology
M. Pharm. Pharmacology or Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacology is a postgraduate Pharmacy course. Pharmacology is the branch of medicine and biology concerned with the study of drug action. It is a discipline wherein experimental studies to evaluate the effects of drugs were conducted. Pharmacology is an important subject in drug discovery. It deals with the research, discovery, and characterization of chemicals which show biological effects and the elucidation of cellular and organismal function in relation to these chemicals
It is an extensive pharmacy course dedicated to the theoretical concepts of pharmacological interventions and molecular targets underlying various body diseases. It prepares students for emerging industry trends in a global scenario, we emphasize training with advanced experimental techniques such as stem cell biology, recombinant DNA technology, gel electrophoresis, bioinformatics, statistical interpretations, etc. Students can choose diverse careers in healthcare, pharmacy, medical, etc. Students can work in Pharma market research companies, patents or clinical trials, consultancy in Pharmacy, Drug research, drug regulatory affairs, and Pharmacovigilance.
