KPGU, Vadodara provides round the clock primary medical services to all students and staff. Primary focus of campus health-service is that of intervention, health awareness and providing awareness and education to students about approaches to healthier lifestyles in order to prevent future illness or injury. The themes include health and nutrition, yoga, stress management, cessation and prevention of substance abuse such as tobacco, alcohol and drugs etc.

Each hostel has Medical Inspection Room equipped with amenities for examination, treatment and vaccination with a attached Medical Officer. Those requiring the further evaluation and higher treatment are referred to Savita Hospital, Vadodara

The Krishna Edu Campus also housed Matrushri Davalbha Ayurved Hospital that provides holistic medical services.

Annual Medical Examination is carried out for all the students and staff as a health monitoring policy.
